RATTAN VINE WITH FRUIT - represents that rattan fruit, locally called “littuco” is abundantly found in the locality
TREES - symbolize the watershed areas or forested environment of the municipality
NATIVE HOUSE/HAGABI - symbolizes the tradition and culture of the townspeople
RICE TERRACES - located at both banks of the river represent the nine (9) barangays ofthe municipality; depict farming as the main source of livelihood of a greater majority of the population
RIVER - represents the many water channels flowing out to the lowland areas
MOUNTAINS - symbolize the mountainous terrain of the municipality
RISING SUN WITH RAYS - depicts the growth and development of the municipality
