SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Camarines Sur where the town is located.

MARINE PRODUCTS - depict that Pacific Ocean is situated in the northeast side of the town where different kinds of fish, crabs and other marine products are derived from.

FISH PORT - the place where marine business transaction is carried out.

LIGHTHOUSE - serves as guide to fishermen and vessels passing through the municipality. It also serves as a warning that one is entering shallow waters.

COCONUT AND RICE - depict the abundant agricultural products of the town.
