BURI TREE - the name BAGABAG originated from the name of this tree which is called "Bagabag" but the natives of the place. Said trees were abundant in the area most especially along the Magat River, during the early settlement period.
RICE AND CORN - the main crops of the town, the staple food of the residents.
CARABAO - represents farming, the main occupation of the residents. Most farmers still use the carabao in tilling the soil, although modern machineries are also used.
