SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Pampanga.

MT. ARAYAT -  the prose of Arayat, being the only mountain peak in Central Luzon.

BLUE COLOR - represents the town's thick and virgin forest.

RICE LAND - represents the fertile land of Arayat.

YELLOW COLOR - represents golden harvest.

The whole seal depicts Arayat as an agricultural municipality with farming as the main livelihood of the townspeople.
