SHIELD - derived from the provincial shield of Pangasinan where the town is located.

2 STARS IN BETWEEN 2 CIRCULAR LINES - serve as the binding link between the province and the municipality working together for the welfare and benefit of the people.

MAP WITH SUN - the Map symbolizes the island municipality of Anda. The sun on top shows that Anda is the land of the rising sun where people live with hope and peace in the right direction.

FISH, CATTLE, AND FARMER - symbolize that Anda has three major means of livelihood namely: fishing, agriculture, and cattle raising.

3 YELLOW STARS, THE SUN AND THE RED, WHITE, AND BLUE COLOR - represent the national colors.

GREEN COLOR - symbolizes the official color of the municipality.
