NINE STARS (ABOVE PORTION OF THE SHIELD)(GOLDEN YELLOW) - symbolizes the barangays of abucay namely: Gabon, Salian, Capitangan, Omboy, Wawa, Calaylayan, Laon, Mabatang, and Bangkal. There barangays have contributed their greater share in the development, success and progress of Abucay as a whole

CHURCH (ON BLUE FIELD)(WHITE) - represents the catholic church of Abucay built in 1689. Abucay is the oldest town and Parish organized and establish by the Dominican Friars in Bataan and the second oldest dominican town/parish in the Philippines

BUILDING (ON RED FIELD)(WHITE) - represents the municipal building of Abucay, built 1669, one of the historic relic of on of the largest town in Bataan

STATUE (ON RED FIELD)(WHITE) - represents the first Filipino Printer, Tomas Pinpin, known as the "Prince of of Filipino printers". He had made the town famous in the history of the Philippines

MOUNTAIN, SOLDIER LYING DOWN IN FIRING POSITION AND SOLDIER RAISING THE PHILIPPINE FLAG (ON BLUE FIELD) - represents the "Main Battle" position marker of Abucay. Contemplated under war plan orange 3. The Battle position of the USAFE, known officially as the "Abucay-Morong Line"  was established astride this road. The East and West sectors of this line were assaulted beginning the 9th and 15th of January, 1942, respectively
