CIRCLE - symbolizes firm determination.

CIRCULAR ROPE - represents the never ending unity and strength of the people of Balayan.

SUGARCANE, SACKS OF SUGAR AND FACTORY - represent Balayan as a sugar producing municipality.

FISHERMAN, FISH, JAR AND BOTTLES - symbolizes that the town has rich fishing ground and is famous for its "Bagoong Balayan".

SALAKOT (NATIVE HAT) - symbolizes one of the oldest cottage industry of the town which is salakot making.

1578 - the year Balayan became the capital of Batangas.
