FOURTEEN (14) STARS - represents the number of barangays in the municipality.

TOWER AND RIFLE WITH STEEL HELMET - depict the contribution of the Municipality of Bagac in the Philippine history: the tower symbolizes friendship between the Filipinos and Japanese while the rifle with steel helmet stands for the Zero (0) Kilometer starting point of the infamous Death March.

MOUNTAINS - represent about 52% forest land of the municipality.

RICE FIELDS - represent agricultural lands as potential source of rice, the major crop.

FISH AND BOAT - stand for the abundance of fish species.

WAVES - denote that the municipality has pristine beaches.
