SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Rizal where the town is located.

TWO (2) STARS - symbolize the two transition periods that took place in the municipality: first, in 1766 during the Spanish period, and second, on January 1, 1939, when Agono gained complete independence pursuant to E.O. No. 158 of President Manuel L. Quezon, dated August 19, 1938.

BOAT - represents the pagoda used during the town fiesta in honor of the town's Patron Saint, St., Clement.

TEN (10) BAMBOOS TIED TOGETHER - symbolize unity and cohesiveness among the 10 barangays.

TWENTY (20) "PATAWS" OF FISH NET - depicts the town a fishing community; symbolize the twenty (20) members of the "Committee Central", the concerned citizens of Agono who worked together for the independence of the town in 1766.
