NINETEEN (19) RAYS - represents the nineteen (19) barangays comprising the municipality.

FLOAT - symbolizes float making which the town is noted for; the town is included in the fiesta calendar of the Department of Tourism of the Philippines.

MOSQUITO NET - represents the industriousness and patience of the Alitagtagueños.

MANGOES AND BAMBOO - stand for the basic farm products of the town.
