THREE (3) STARS - represents the three illustrious sons of Alcala namely: Hon. Cypriano Primicias; Senator and Majority Floor Leader; Hon. Nicomedes Rupisan, Representative of the 4th District of Pangasinan; Justice Delfin FL. Batacan, Justice of the Court of Appeals.
TOWN HALL - symbolizes the political maturity of the townspeople. It is also the most prominent and conspicuous landmark of the town.
