SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Quirino where the town is located.

SKY BLUE - represents the clear wide space open for development of the municipality.

MOUNTAIN (GREEN) - reflects the abundancy of natural resources like trees, guano and others. It also reflects the Aglipay caves, one of the town's tourist spots.

RICE FIELDS (YELLOW GREEN) - stands for the agricultural sector representing the major crops abundant in the locality like rice, corn, peanut, tobacco and banana.

RIVER (WHITE) - represents the Addalam River that traversed the municipality, likewise, the abundancy of fish and other aquatic resources.

YELLOW - represents the vast track of lands for residential and agricultural purposes.
